Marshall Kleiber joined Walker, Hamilton & Kearns as a paralegal in 2023. With nearly 10 years of legal experience, he has worked primarily in plaintiff-side civil litigation with a focus on mass torts, personal injury and wildfire litigation.

A fourth generation San Franciscan, Marshall grew up in the Bay Area before attending the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he received his B.A. in History. While in Santa Cruz, he became an originating member of the Tannery Arts Center, a live/work space for artists. He later attended West Valley College, where he received his Paralegal Certificate through their ABA Approved Paralegal Program, prior to moving back to San Francisco.

Marshall enjoys traveling, writing music (drums, guitar, piano, singing), hiking, playing basketball, cooking, and scooting around on his Vespa.
