Internationally known photographer suffered extensive injuries caused from brake failure after her E-Bike was serviced by a local bicycle shop

Clarissa Kearns and Skip Walker obtained more than $2,400,000 for our client in a defective bicycle case in which the brakes failed while she was riding downhill in Berkeley. Extensive investigation showed that the foreign manufacturer had used incompatible parts and that a local bicycle shop had failed to properly adjust the brakes when she complained about them being loose while she was purchasing a basket for the bike.
