Skip Walker lectured to the Western Trial Lawyers Association on March 1, 2024, in Sun Valley, Idaho, on the subject of the Firefighter’s Rule (assumption of the risk) and our recent appellate victory for firefighters in Rattary v Favro, a soon-to-be-published decision by the First District Court of Appeal.

During the conference, Jeff Walker also brought the house down with his stirring karaoke rendition of “500 Miles.”
