Healthy 60-Year-Old Bicyclist Hit by Driver Who was DUI

During a bicycle ride in October 2016, our active 60-year-old client was hit by a vehicle, which fled the scene of the accident. Police were able to locate the vehicle and driver. It was later determined the driver was working within the Course and Scope of his employment at the time of the accident. Due to our client’s extensive injuries, we were able to secure a settlement that would take care of him and his family for the rest of their lives.
