Father and Daughter Thrown Through a DMV Window After Car Drives Onto Sidewalk and Collides With Them

After five days of trial in Marin County, Skip Walker and Clarissa Kearns settled a personal injury suit against the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for $2,000,000.
