All Firm Attorneys Recognized in 2024 Northern California Super Lawyers
Walker Hamilton & Kearns announces that all five firm attorneys have been selected for inclusion in the 2024 Northern California Super Lawyers or Super Lawyers Rising Stars list by Thomson Reuters. The five attorneys, each of whom are recognized in the Personal Injury practice category, are:
Walter H. “Skip” Walker, III, has been recognized on the Super Lawyers list every year since 2006. He has also been included in the Super Lawyers “Top 100” lawyers list each year since 2019. His practice includes representation of clients in personal injury, civil rights and insurance coverage matters. Having completed more than 75 jury trials in his career, his landmark trials have included those involving the Alpine Meadows Avalanche, the World Airways Jetliner crash into Boston Harbor, the largest personal injury verdict in Plumas County, and the “Great Cow Case” of San Mateo County.
Timothy M. Hamilton has been included on the Super Lawyers list each year since 2010. He is a seasoned and experienced trial lawyer focusing on cases involving grievous personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, hazardous conditions of public property, and medical malpractice.
Clarissa E. Kearns joins the Super Lawyers list for the first time in 2024, after having previously been included on the Rising Stars list from 2011 – 2016. Over the course of her career, she has successfully handled a wide variety of personal injury cases ranging from bovine attacks to defective products to sexual abuse.
Martin L. Blake, who has been included in the Super Lawyers list every year since 2006, has a niche practice representing tourists and travelers who are injured in the United States, in addition to handling an array of personal injury cases. Martin is also admitted to practice to the Bar of England & Wales and the Northern Ireland Bar.
Jeffrey S. Walker has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for the second year in a row. In his personal injury practice, he has tried multiple cases to jury verdict, argued in the California Court of Appeals, and settled numerous cases for six and seven figures.
