Jess Ibatuan
- Position: Legal Assistant
Jess came to Walker, Hamilton & Kearns (then Walker, Hamilton & Koenig) in 2011 after working four years as an Office Manager and Intake Coordinator for another San Francisco plaintiff's law firm. Prior to working in the legal field, he was a facilities aide, specialist and coordinator in the parks and recreation industry for the City of Hermosa Beach, Costa Mesa Senior Center, The Greater Vallejo Recreation District and the City of Davis.
A native of the Los Angeles area, Jess received his dual B.A. degree in English Literature and Theatre Arts from California State University-Dominguez Hills. He pursued his love for the arts by working in various theatrical venues in Southern California, such as Hermosa Beach Civic Theater, Long Beach Terrace Theatre, East West Players and Knott's Berry Farm. Jess was even offered a position at Disney to tour the U.S. with Mickey Mouse. After dabbling in professional theatre as a stage-hand, stage manager and lighting designer, Jess moved to the Bay Area in 2007 to take on his most important role: Husband to his wonderful wife.
At WHK, Jess performs general office duties including filing, intakes and assists the principles and associates in their representation of individuals who have been injured or harmed through the negligence of others.
