At Walker, Hamilton & Kearns, LLP, we take a team approach to litigation. Our attorneys work every case together, ensuring that you get the expertise of the entire firm.

Some other firms take a “high volume" approach, accepting many cases and then having inexperienced attorneys or staff handle them in a boilerplate fashion. Our firm has maintained its original charter as an office where every attorney and staff member is involved with each case we accept. We maintain a select case list so that each of our clients receives the best representation possible. This ensures that every client who calls our office is greeted by a person who is familiar with his or her case.
